We at The Goldenacre Vape assure you that all products sold are brand new, 100% genuine.

We are resellers, If the customer has any issue with the product, each package comes with details of how to contact the manufacturer or we can provide the individual product’s consumer hotline or another way of communicating with them upon request, hope that will resolve the issue.

How do I return something that I've bought from you?

Our returns policy lasts for 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All hardware must be in the original packaging, including any outer sleeve as these contain the product serial numbers. We cannot accept any hardware back without this.

To ask for a return label, please contact shop@goldenacrevape.co.uk with your order number, the reason for return and items you want to return. Our team will send you a return label. Please include a note with your name, address, email address and order number along with the goods you are returning so we know where the items have come from. Any returns without this information will not be processed and the order will not be refunded.

Please ensure your items are well packaged so they don't get damaged while in tran sit.

Exceptions

Some goods are exempt from being returned due to hygiene reasons. These include:

Opened e-liquids
Tanks / Atomisers which have been filled with liquid or used
Vape Kits which have been filled with liquid or used
Drip tips (mouthpieces)
Opened coils

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund the product value excluding any postage charges originally paid, back to the payment method originally used with 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 working days of returning your items, please contact us first to check they have been received back. If they have and we've processed your refund, please contact your card issuing bank or company but please bear in mind it may take some time before your refund is officially received back into your account. Sale or clearance items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, we do not accept the return for sale items.
